A marriage of luxury and gastronomy, the 17th annual Cayman Cookout returns with world-class culinary and beverage experts for five days of epicurean indulgence.

Hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton – Grand Cayman, Cayman Cookout boasts an impressive roster of events, from exciting beachside barbecues where top chefs show off their mastery of cooking over an open flame to delightful food and beverage pairings that demonstrate the art of matching flavors and promises unique gastronomic combinations. The eating is only half of the luxury culinary experience, however, as attending foodies will be treated to live cooking and plating demonstrations and made privy to new cooking techniques and industry insights by visiting culinary experts.

Dubbed the “grandest crustacean feast in the Caribbean,” the annual Anegada’s Lobster Festival takes place November 28th – 30th. Spiny lobster is a ubiquitous delicacy in the Caribbean but on Anegada in the British Virgin Islands, local restaurants have been perfecting the preparation of the sweet crustacean, from serving it in an unpretentious manner fresh from the grill to magically transforming the prized seafood into decadent ice cream.
